How the Prompt Is Built

Start with the subject: who is on the ball. Describe the action in order — chip, chase, beat the defenders, finish. Lock the identity with the same face, hair, kit and boots, then specify the camera and frame. With a video reference, let the clip carry the timing rather than adding competing camera instructions. Change the person or outfit without changing the player roles. You are responsible for having permission to use every photo you upload.

Prompt A: Photo Only

Use this for a short football-inspired concept. Its five-second setting is a compact draft, not a promise of the full original sequence. For the complete run, use Prompt B with a longer reference clip.

Prompt A
Single player in the uploaded photo runs at goal from the left half-space, chips the ball over the advancing goalkeeper, follows it in, drops it past two defenders and finishes into the bottom corner. Same identity throughout: same face, hair, kit and boots. Broadcast camera, stadium floodlights, 9:16, five seconds.

Prompt B: Photo + Reference Clip

Use a licensed reference that includes the approach and the final shot. This prompt replaces the scorer while asking the model to preserve the surrounding players. Match the output duration to the complete action.

Prompt B
Match the reference clip's camera position, pacing and ball trajectory exactly. Replace only the player on the ball with the person in the uploaded photo; keep the goalkeeper and both defenders unchanged. Same identity, same kit, same boots.

Negative Lines That Stop Role Swaps

Append these lines to the main prompt. They state the roles you want preserved; they cannot guarantee a flawless output. Review every face and the ball before publishing.

Negative lines
no role swap, no extra players, no second ball, no slow motion, no captions, SAME IDENTITY, KEEP KEEPER UNCHANGED

Mistakes That Break the Video

  • Uploading a headshot instead of a full-body photo.
  • Naming every player as the replacement subject.
  • Requesting a new camera move that contradicts the reference.
  • Keeping a five-second limit while expecting the complete finish.
  • Adding text, a second ball or extra players during generation.
THE QUICK ANSWERS

FAQ

Can I make it with only a photo and a text prompt?

You'll get a similar look, but not the original camera angle or the exact action order.

Why does my video change the goalkeeper or the defenders?

The model is re-generating the whole scene. Add negative lines and state "replace only the player on the ball".

Why is the last shot cut off?

Your clip or duration is too short. The finish needs the full run plus the follow-through.
